If you visit Sierra Leone and choose not to stay at The Lead Hotel, you are missing out on an exceptional experience. I must emphasize that the staff is genuinely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with top-notch security and just the right balance of amenities, including comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and a peaceful environment. The restaurant offers delicious cuisine, with a diverse menu that caters to various tastes, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. The management team is highly dedicated; they ensure that any concerns are promptly addressed and often go above and beyond to ensure guests' satisfaction. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making you feel at home away from home. This is my second stay here, and I am already planning to return because of the exceptional service and inviting environment.

Beautiful Hotel, scenic views, friendly and very helpful staff. It was my first time staying at The Lead and I must say, the staff and management really went the extra mile to make my stay a great experience. From the manager(Great guy, he knows his stuff. You can tell he's an experienced hotelier with high standards) To the front desk(Super helpful and quick to take ownership of queries) The waiters and kitchen staff (Service with a smile and attentitive) The drivers, complimentary pick up and drop off on time They all pulled out all the stops during my stay at The Lead. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. On my last night, kitchen manager sent me a complimentary strawberry cheesecake to my room, it was scrumptious. This is now my favourite Hotel in Sierra Leone. Thankyou Allain and extend my thanks to all your staff. "You guys are in The Lead"

I had a great stay! Staff were attentive and friendly and the WiFi was strong! The view and pool are to die for. Only thing I did not love was the restaurant, I found the portions to be small for the price. I also wasn’t too impressed with the menu in general. But I loved the wait staff, they were really sharp and good for short banter. If they are more generous with the food and improve on the offerings and flavor this would be a 10/10. But I’ll give it a solid 8.7 and I will definitely come again if all the rooms aren’t booked as they usually are.

This is one excellent edifice, everything was there one should expect at a Hotel. Bar well stocked, food good to savour and I’ve recommended it to my niece in the USA 🇺🇸 who booked me here to evaluate the whole place in preparation for her wedding in December 2026.
Beautiful view and swimming pool.
Hall suitable for all activities.
