“Beautiful property and wonderful cabin. Was overdue with “getting away from it all” and this property was exactly what we needed.”

“What a wonderfull little place. It was just perfect. Private, quiet, just perfect. It was a birders paradise. There are trails to walk through the woods. Would definitely be great place in the fall or spring to see the bird migration. We got engaged on our last day before leaving out on the pier. It was perfect. The host was amazing and easy to contact. ”

“Check in/check out process was super easy. We had everything we needed, except for trash bags, which we were able to get from the office. All linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans were provided. There is a stove, but no oven. I’d advise against buying food from the convenience store down the road from the campground, but if you do, check the expiration dates on everything. I’d definitely check out Lake Monroe. It is stunning! We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the mattress is……

“This place was just what my wife and I needed for a night away. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with unique and well kept homes all around. Downtown was a short walk away and there is plenty so see and do. Our stay was short but we had a very enjoyable time.”

“We stayed a couple nights this fall and really enjoyed it. The kids loved the loft and the dogs loved the dog park. We ventured out during the day and were able to enjoy a nice fire and get in the hot tub in the evening. It was perfect for our mini vacay. ”
