Cute property located very conveniently close to the train station. Staff were very nice and offered a free room upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic definitely worth the money. Room had a view of the inner courtyard garden. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

My only complaint was that the WiFi didn't work very well up on the third floor. The room was charming and the location was convenient to the train station and other attractions in the older part of the city.

The location was perfect, close enough for a 10 minute walk to munsterplatz but far enough away from old town to be easily accessed by car. The hotel was small, but had a distinctive charm. We especially enjoyed the hotel garden for reading.

Very comfortable, quiet hotel five minute walk from main train station and less than ten minutes to Altstadt and Cathedral. Also close to Freiburg’s main concert hall and the Jazzhaus. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again when I am in town.

Parking is 3 blocks away. No elevator made carrying our 50 pound bags to the fifth floor very challenging, not to mention the up and down 4 times a day. Room is also very very small.

Ein schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück war großartig. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber für einen Aufenthalt von wenigen Tagen völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war hervorragend – Matratze und Kissen waren bequem, sodass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Wir hatten einen Balkon, was sehr schön war. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe am Bahnhof; das Hotel stellt hierfür ein vergünstigtes Ticket zur Verfügung. Für einen Kurzurlaub absolut empfehlenswert

Es handelt sich um ein charmantes Altstadthotel/eine Bio-Pension. Manche Teile der Einrichtung sind historisch, einige neu. Alles ist im guten Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen.

すごく素敵なホテルです。

今回宿泊した部屋にはバルコニーもあり、クラシックな雰囲気なのに水回りもよく、エアコンもありました。 ホテル自体がとてもアットホームな雰囲気で、 入り口は常に施錠されているので安心です。 駅からも近く、石畳が若干あり、少しだけ坂道ですがフラットなのでアクセスも良かったです。 フロント？って感じのフロントが2階にあり、エレベーターと冷蔵庫はなかったです。 スタッフの方々はとても優しくて、次のフライブルクも絶対に宿泊します。

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein schönes, familiär und liebevoll geführtes Hotel, wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet lies keine Wünsche für einen guten Start in den Tag offen. Vom Hotel zum Münster und in die Altstadt sind es kurze Wege und zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.
