The communication with Florence was excellent both before and on the one occasion during our stay. "Our stay here was amazing! We had a room overlooking the beach, and the views from the balcony were beautiful—especially in the mornings and evenings. The sunshade was also a great touch for hot days and sleeping in, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond throughout our stay. The rooms are fairly basic and don’t come with things like a coffee machine, kettle, or glasses, but you can ask the front desk for anything you need and they’re more than happy to help. I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"
