Fréjus, a city of Roman history, an imperial city...but also Fréjus, its kilometers of fine sandy beaches, its port, its nightlife, its warm summer evenings 😊 😊.

Extremely rare for rental, discover this large apartment on the 1st floor of an independent villa in the Cap Hermès residence located facing the sea and only a few dozen meters from the quays of Port Fréjus, the departure of the Sublim Sky parasailing and departure beaches of the nature base.

You will be amazed, the photos speak for themselves by its large terrace with awning for shelter during the hottest hours allowing you to have meals with family or friends, by its large living room and its particularly well equipped kitchen Night side , 3 master suites with 160 cm bed for 2 of them and 180 cm for the 3rd master suite. A 4th bedroom can accommodate 3 beds, ideally 3 children. All rooms are air-conditioned and with high quality decoration, equipment and furniture.

Please note that 2 cars can be parked in 1 private space with secure access via a gate (the second space is located 2 minutes on foot), that you will also benefit from a shower on the ground floor to rinse off after the beach and that 'a laundry room with private washing machine and dryer at your complete disposal.

A 3rd private parking lot can be considered if the vacationer requests it when booking.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price of accommodation.

End of stay cleaning is optional at €150 and must be reserved upon arrival.

As a reminder, the beaches of Port Fréjus and the Nature base are on site.

The hyper Casino of Fréju is located just over 1km away.

The famous Sunday market of Fréjus is also accessible since it, and the other markets of the place of the Republic of Fréjus Plage on Tuesdays and Fridays at 15 mn on foot.

In summer, every evening the night market settles on the seafront.

This accommodation is also the start of walks to Saint-Raphael, its old port and its downtown shops and on the other side to Port-Fréjus and the nature base in the extension.

It is therefore the ideal vacation spot for a week or a longer period out of season. The more athletic can take advantage of the many easily accessible golf courses, in particular the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses located just a quarter of an hour away by car, the others, namely the Roquebrune golf course, from the from Saint Endréol to La Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu to name only those located about thirty minutes away by car.

Mountain bikers will enjoy the magnificent trails offered in the hills near the nature base, in the Maures and Estérel mountains, Fréjus, which organizes the Roc d'Azur, is a mecca for this sport with an international reputation.

Cyclists will enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous golden and azure cornices with exceptional and unique viewpoints.

Hikes in the Estérel massifs will also allow sublime views of the Côte d'Azur and for some as far as the Baie des Anges (Nice) and different colors each season. Even in winter and in February in particular, you will be able to marvel at the mimosas which bloom with their yellow pompoms from entire massifs.

It is a favorite accommodation that should be booked as soon as possible.

Logement Frejus

Situation idéale pour la plage, un peu éloigné pour les commerces de proximité (boulangerie). Logement très spacieux, propre. Prix élevé par rapport à l équipement des sanitaires (portes de douches vieillissantes), et problème de climatisation dans 2 chambres. Celles-ci n ‘avaient pas dû être révisées avant la saison estivale. Bien dommage pour un logement à ce prix…
