"Exceeded expectations!"

"Going off the Ryan Walker format: Ambiance - had construction going on around the building maybe in near by spaces. Not a bit deal. Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5 Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7 Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10 Service - New York has exceptional customer serious. Staff was amazing and felt like they cared. 9.8/10 It-Factor - there’s nothing to really write about here. I was a 10min walk from Time Square, but that’s about it. The views are good on a higher level like I was. 4/10 26/40 excluding the dining. "

"Hotel staff and breakfast were awesome. Everyone was very efficient with request and accommodations. The breakfast was very fresh and nicely spread out for lol guest. Hotel staff were well trained and ran the hotel very efficiently. We would definitely stay again while visiting and touring New York. Highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites in Time Square. The location is close to subways and main attractions. "

"Very clean rooms and lobby areas. Some staff were great but a few of the desk staff were very strict. There was an incident where I tried to return an iron and they looked at me like I had three eyes on my head. I thought I was being considerate but there was no thank you whatsoever."
