「The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower.」

「From the reviews it looked like it would be a cute little place for a quick weekend away. Once we arrived we had to clean the firepit out of cardboard and other stuff. The back of the bus where the bed is does not lock so security is not a guarantee. The outdoor shower and indoor shower were both freezing cold, no hot water. 「Mark and Amy literally thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots/pans, dishes, drink ware, appliances, etc… even a supply of basic spices, and olive oil. Unit is VERY clean and well organized. Property is still being developed, but is already awesome with 2 great fire pits, a nice grill, 4 campsites with utilities. We will only stay here when visiting family in the area going forward.」
