Comfy, Upgraded 3B/1Bth w Great Access to Airport

Guests can expect a safe and comfortable stay in this newly upgraded 3 bedroom home. It is conveniently located: 10 min drive to Airport and Downtown; 80 min both to Yosemite (Route 41) and Kings Canyon (Route 180). All rooms are covered with newly polished hardwood floors. Appliances and furniture are all new. The new metal fence on the front allows guest to park 2 cars securely in garage and on driveway. Large backyard, spacious covered porch and BBQ grill guarantee relaxing family time.

We had a pleasant stay overall! The house itself was sparkling clean upon arrival, clearly well-maintained inside, and very comfortable for our group. The only drawback was the exterior; the grass was quite long and overgrown, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor area. If the landscaping was maintained to the same high standard as the interior, it would be a perfect 5-star rental

Cozy,fresh and pet friendly 🐾

This is my family’s second time booking this property. The home was clean, cozy, fresh, and ‘pet friendly’. Unfortunately the only ‘bad’ aspect of this lot is the front and back yard. The grass is dry and yellow, which cause an easily fire hazard when I arrived on the around July as firework sparks can easily land on the property. Not to mention, I travel with my two dogs, and they were uncomfortable with the dry grass poking their paws. This property claims to be ‘pet friendly’, yet my two dogs could not run and play outside due to the grass. Overall, the property is good! The home could be significantly better if the grass on the front and back was green.

Stayed 3 nights at this rental which was very clean, Nicely set up, convenient to the venue of the event the 3 of us were attending. The A/C was so appreciated as the outside temps were in the triple digits the 3 days we stayed, but we were comfortable and able to sleep comfortably. Beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. A very pleasant stay-highly recommended.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, property is well maintained. We came down to see our grandkids and this was perfect for our needs. The house is secure with a gated front yard, neighbors were friendly and waved as we came and went. We really enjoyed our stay.
