Conveniently located to Airport and Downtown

This newly remodeled house which accommodates up to 9 guests is located conveniently in proximity to the airport and the downtown. All furniture and appliances are brand-new and the entire house is in a pristine condition with shining hardwood floors. High speed Wi-Fi and 65" TV hooked up with Xfinity cable guarantee a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook&dine in the house. New washing machine and dryer are in the utility room. All there is exclusively for our guests.
Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are installed. One is on the front showing the view of front yard and the entrance area. The other is on the back showing the back yard and the entrance area to the utility room. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

Beautiful property, very responsive host

This is a beautiful home, and very very clean and organized. The host, Masato, responded almost immediately when we had some questions and a request. They sent us clear, concise check-in instructions two days before our trip.Checkout was also very simple. They made it very clear that they were our hosts and our comfort was their top priority.

Great place!!!

I’m a mom of a 16 year old who brought 6 high school cross country runners for a meet in Clovis. We were very happy and comfortable at this property! It was spacious, clean, and had a very nice kitchen for making their big pre-race carb-loading dinner! Communication with the owner was professional and easy. I was very thankful for a super easy checkout. We would totally stay here again for next year’s meet!

Updated 3 bedroom home in Fresno

We loved having the large kitchen. Cabinets need some maintenance- some doors did not close all the way and a few of the knobs were loose. Looks like when the remodel was done, they kept the original cabinets and probably painted them. Kitchen was well-equipped; however, there were only 3 teaspoons, more are needed. There was no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent as we were told there would be. Contacted the host and both were brought over. However, had to contact him twice for the laundry detergent as it took about 3-4 hours for him to bring that over. Bedrooms were nice size, but no dressers available to store clothes. When we arrived there were no hangers in the closets-contacted the host and they were brought over shortly after. It was just my husband and I staying there so having only one bathroom was not an issue. This could be inconvenient if more than one couple or a family were staying there. Decor was very nice and up-todate. Nice large TV in the living room. The area felt safe but most homes in the area seemed not well-kept, likely a lower income level neighborhood. This home did have nice green grass in both front and backyards, unlike the majority of the homes in the neighborhood.
