The hot tub jets wouldnt dtay on and also it could use a acid wash. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Pool was dirty and people left trash everywhere

We got there 25 minutes before 3 pm. There was a line waiting to check in and no one was at the front desk. We had to call the hotel to talk to someone MarkAnthony told us he will be down soon. He finally made it to the desk and didn't want to check us in because it was 10 minutes before 3. He was too busy taking care of the kids.

The common areas were dirty. The furniture in our room was damaged and the bedside table was dirty. The bedspread had a hole in it. The smoke alarm in our room had a plastic bag over it. VERY UNSAFE! There was toilet paper in the shower drain. The place is not well maintained or managed. We requested a ground floor room because of an injury and that request was ignored. We also booked a king suite and upon check in there was only a room with two queen beds. It’s all too bad. We don’t intend to stay here again.

Our reservation was not checked in correctly, we had to reservation on 5/1. Both reservations we're in different first names. Same last name. They gave my room to the other first name. We called two times on 5/1 and told them we would arrive late. Ray assured me that I was checked in and my room was 122. At 2am on 5/2 they called and stated they we're going to give our room away and we told them we we're almost there. I asked the clerks for his name and he stated I'm front desk that's all you need to know and hung up. When we arrived the clerk asked for my name and I told him the name. He gave me the key cards and walked away. I had to ask where room was as he walked away. When we finally settled in bed the neighbors we're very loud. We called the front desk three times no one answered. On 5/3 we went to the lobby to asked for towels the manger was sitting with a guest. As she got up for towels the guy smacked the manager's butt in front of us. Later that night we also called the front desk for a noise complain and no one answered. The next morning I asked the manager if we could move rooms because the neighbors we're loud and the dogs barked a lot. She said they we're fully booked and I told her the website was letting me book a room so I didn't understand why she was saying they we're fully book. The only good thing during our stay was with house keeping in the morning, they took care of our trashes and when we asked for new sheets they gave us new ones.

This property is a little run down, could use some updates. Got assigned an occupied room, caused a weird encounter with the guest staying there when I entered "my" room. Front desk was apologetic but I find it odd that the error was made at all. TG I didn't see anything I wasn't supposed to. The room was kind of dirty, house keeping could do better. Decent rate and good enough to stay for a night or two. I wouldn't recommend any longer.

Staff was super unfriendly and would make advances at myself and friend. Stains all over the hallways and room was not as advertised. Stains and what appeared to be mold was all throughout the restroom. Guest were running all throughout the halls and banging on door up until 2 am.

Unfortunately our stay at the LaQuinta was far from great first and last my family and I will stay at the hotel 1500 Cherry St Tulare Ca. The room was already occupied by 3-5 ROACHES that I had to get rid of if that was not bad enough at 7:30 am the complimentary Breakfast was ran sacked with no replacement for breakfast even the juice machine was broken. Never again will we stay or recommend friends or family to stay at the location of terrible experience.

DIRTY UNSAFE. BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE. STAFF WAS RUDE. I ASK FOR A LATE CHECK OUT. THEY GAVE ME 30 MINUTES EXTRA. I WILLN’T BE RETURNING HERE..THEY HAD PEOPLE HANGING OUTSIDE OF THE THE HOTEL.
