“The staff was very friendly and very outgoing. The breakfast was fresh and hot every day and a widespread of food. Our room overlooked the gulf which we enjoyed from morning to night. ”

“The breakfast was good. The room was clean. But when taking a shower the tub filled up with water and took a while to drain. The sink also. The staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Very beautiful and redesigned property. The entry way is magnificent. Loved the cafe. The fitness center can be a little stuffy due to no air circulation but overall I loved the property and will revisit.”

“Room smelled like urine. Pets are allowed in all room. No rooms designated for pets only. Tried to switch room but was told all rooms were booked.”

“Upon check in we could not get into the room we were assigned. Had to track down a manager, was told they had us in a different room with a different check in code. Glad we checked in before staff left for the day. The room was hot upon check in 82. Had to leave for a few hours to wait for it to cool. We had 4 adults in the room and only amenities for 2 people. ”

“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”

“The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online.”
