We had the best holiday, so much so that we have booked again for next year! The property has everything you need, it’s really spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area is just the best. The views are incredible. Every meal was out on the terrace, the kids loved the pool and exploring in the garden. Nick and Manou are excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble. When in the area we love Burriana beach ( great for families), Torrox Costa.

We had a lovely stay. Wonderful peaceful setting but only a short drive to Frigiliana. Nick and Manou were fantastic hosts who couldn't have been more accommodating. We were really appreciative of their offer to buy us groceries due to us arriving on a Sunday. The villa spotless and well equipped. We will be sure to recommend to others!

Magical place and top tier hosts, they had wine & groceries for us upon arrival, so lovely. Our luggage was lost by the airline, Manou went above and beyond to help us, we are so grateful. Nick and Manou are the most amazing hosts, they are so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. From our initial communication from booking their lovely apartment to the whole of our stay, they were fantastic. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need, home from home. The view is fabulous and the peace and quiet is bliss.

We absolutely loved our stay at Frigiliana. We received a lovely welcome. The house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Frigiliana itself is a lovely little town, with plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. The house is only 20 minutes from some lovely beaches and the view from the house a 2nd to none. Highly recommended!

Everything you might need

What a lovely place to stay. Our hosts had thought of everything we might need, from beach towels to a yoga mat. We felt immediately at home and had a wonderful, relaxed and comfortable visit. There are so many lovely spots in this house and this town, I wish we had stayed a whole week. Thank you!

Stunning Private Apartment with pool

Beautiful accommodations in the mountains of Frigilano. The view was amazing. The apartment was roomy, well stocked and very comfortable. The property was absolutely amazing and exceeded out expectations. We will definitely be staying again! Our host were wonderful people and we feel like we made lifelong friends. Can’t wait until we can come and stay again with Nick and Mannou.

Fabulous accommodation equipped with everything needed for a relaxed stay. Hosts Nick and Manu were very welcoming and available throughout the stay for tips and advice on the local area. The apartment had fabulous views of the sea and countryside, great outdoor seating areas, and a well maintained pool. Taxi’s readily available for trips to Frigiliana and Nerja but would recommend a hire car to collect shopping and explore the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend the Alhambra which is just over an hours drive away in Granada. We’d highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt im La Quinta. Die großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine fürsorgliche Zusammenstellung von Lebensmitteln für den ersten Abend/Tag vor. Die Lage ist großartig als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Von der Terrasse ist der Blick auf die umlegenden Hügel und das Meer fantastisch. Nick und Manou sind perfekte Gastgeber, geben Tipps für Restaurants, Wanderungen u. ä. Wir habe unsere Zeit absolut genossen. Eine großes Dankeschön nach Frigliana!

Best Hosts and views in Andalusia

We spent the last 12 nights of our month long trip of Andalusia. Our hosts Nick and Manou were extremely friendly, accommodating and shared their wealth of knowledge to assist us in navigating this stunning area of Spain. We have travelled extensively in Europe and this is the best place that we have ever stayed. Clean, attention to detail and an absolutely stunning view. We can’t say enough about this place, could’ve have stayed for a month.

Eine phantastische Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und mehr.Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, halt alles was man für den Start benötigt und nicht jeweils in großen Portionen extra kaufen möchte. Alle Sachen waren frisch und nicht aus den drei letzten Jahren übrig geblieben. Einfach ein schöner Service!Als Willkommensgeste gab es Wein, Brot und Käse, außerdem eine kleine Grundausstattung für den ersten Tag. Eine großzügige Unterkunft mit vielen Winkeln und urgemütlich. Die Aussicht: Atemberaubend! Das ganze Gelände sehr gepflegt! Frigiliana ist nur ca. 2km entfernt und einen Besuch wert, besser abends wenn die "Touristen" ;-) den Ort schon verlassen haben. In jeder Gasse gibt es etwas neues zu sehen, man setzt sich ein paar Minuten für ein Bierchen oder Wein, oder shoppen in kleinen Boutiquen die nicht immer nur den üblichen Nippes anbieten, sondern auch einheimische Produkte und Spezialitäten.Und nicht zuletzt die Vermieter: Wer möchte, kann engere Kontakte pflegen, wer einfach nur entspannen möchte, hat seine Ruhe. Emanuelle u. Nick waren die besten Gastgeber die man sich wünschen kann! Wir möchten usn herzlich bei beiden für einen tollen Abschluß unseres Aufenthaltes in Andalusien bedanken!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed a fantastic week here - Nick and Manou have carefully thought through every detail of the property, with each room well equipped and finished to a high standard, and were wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The pool and other outdoor areas were real highlights for our family, with stunning views of the coast and the mountains. We massively appreciated the air con too! It was lovely to find some essentials in the fridge when we arrived, and we loved exploring nearby Frigliana and Nerja too. We couldn't recommend this highly enough!

PERFECT!!!

La Quinta is a lovely place to unwind and relax! Everything you need away from home is at your disposal. Thoughtful details such as ironed sheets make this a grand stay. Thr home is situated with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean and is located minutes away from the lovely village of Frigiliana. Checkin is a breeze - a plus after a long journey. Your hosts even provide a few lovely snacks and provisions to get you settled on Day 1. Emmanuelle and Nick are warm and gracious hosts and extremely accommodating. I highly encourage a stay in their beautiful home.

Dream holiday

If you've got this far - book La Quinta for a relaxed, comfortable and memorable stay. We could not fault anything and this was by far the best appointed villa we have stayed in. Everything Nick and Manou have prepared was beyond expectations and provided us with the best service as hosts. The pool is exceptional, bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more and the view is to be seen to be believed. Frigiliana is a stunning town with plenty to see and do and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. There are lots of activities and locations to visit to suit all ages and interests. Our first visit to Spain and we will be back!

Fantastic experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frigiliana. The apartment was wonderful, and the small town exceeded our expectations. We were two couples who stayed for three nights in the middle of a three-week vacation in Spain. We intended to have a low-key period in between intensive sight-seeing, and this was perfect. We loved the pool, the outdoor living area, and the charming town, but mostly we loved the hosts, a delightful, engaging and helpful couple who were readily accessible if we had questions (for restaurant or hike recommendations), but were scarce if not. We spent an afternoon in nearby Nerja, and we were so thankful of our decision to stay instead in the hill town.

Exceptional property

We could not have asked for a single thing to have been better. If you stay at this property, you will have the best time. We have stayed at VRBO's in Europe and North America, and this was the best experience we've had. The accommodation and hillside location with spectacular mediterranean views make it hard to beat. They have put a lot of thought into the details to ensure it feels like home. The hosts greeted us on arrival and made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and provided great recommendations for sites to see, restaurants, parking etc. They hosted us for dinner one evening and that was one of the most memorable experiences on our trip. We cannot recommend this property and these warm exceptional hosts enough.

Wonderful stay - highly recommended

We have stayed at some great rentals over the years and this was one of the best. Nick and Emmanuelle have thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. Their communication from the start was great and we were made to feel very welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and everything is of top quality. We would wake up to the stunning view everyday and think of how fortunate we are to enjoy such lovely surroundings and weather. (Yes even the weather in February and early March was great) The area has wonderful beaches, restaurants, hilltop towns, and Spanish cultural sites to explore. We had a great three weeks vacation, due in no small part to the lovely accommodation.
