Overlooking the signature hole of the championship Ocean Creek Golf Course & marshes beyond, you can enjoy watching golfers hit (or miss) the green or enjoy the peaceful, calming view of the marsh and its wildlife.

Elevated ceiling heights & abundant, oversized windows, a screened porch & large deck offer many opportunities for enjoying the view. The main floor offers a spacious family living area, a gourmet kitchen & dining area, screened porch, large deck, a bedroom with King bed, full bath & laundry room with full size washer, dryer & sink. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas offers a large social area where no one feels left out, whether relaxing in front of the television or preparing a family meal in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a separate ice maker & island cook top. The screen porch & deck are just off the kitchen. The beautiful sunset views of the marsh & a grill on the deck, make dinner at the end of the day a pleasurable and relaxing time.

The second floor offers three bedrooms & three full baths. The master suite overlooking the golf course & marsh is a peaceful oasis with a king bed, a comfortable seating area for relaxing, reading or quiet enjoyment of the view & a large master bath. The attached bath offers double sinks, separate sauna shower & oversized tub & private water closet. The second bedroom offers a King bed & private full bath. The third bedroom provides full bunk beds & a private full bath.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
