Classic island getaway.

This lovely property in the heart of the exclusive Fripp Island community was the perfect stay for our friend reunion. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, thoughtful touches from the owners, and ample parking made arrival and our stay a breeze. Highly recommended!

Great house

Great house was clean and maintained well. Location is perfect for kids to play at the park. Communication was great with BJ and Merissa!!! Will be back for sure.

Vacation at Fripp

Really enjoyed our stay! This was second year at this rental. Location is fantastic as short golf cart drive to the beach. Six seater golf cart ran very well. Place was very clean and really liked the extra beverage fridge. Liked the open design. Only wish was that the main TV was a smart TV yet glad they offered free cable.

Fripp vacation

The house is nice and in a great location. It was great to have a golf cart. However the cleanliness was bad I found moldy pizza in the oven on a paper plate and food and trash under the beds and sofas. The exterminator came while we were there and sprayed inside the house which caused bugs to come out. Trash cans were not empty inside or out. I would suggest better cleanup for renters.

The property was great and the communication with the owners was also good. Our only issue with the property was the lack of kitchen drying towels/hand towels. We enjoyed our time on the island. However during our stay, many of the restaurants were closed or closed prior to our normal dinner time. Overall we really enjoyed our time at the house and would come back.

5 star - Booking stay again next year

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Lots of pots and pans and utensils. Good AC so kept us cool. love the fridge extra fridge for soda, beer etc. Owners very responsive. Large washer and dryer and large gas grill! 6 person golf cart ran a bit slow so will need some maintenance soon. Overall, loved staying here and have booked again for next year.

The house was in a great location but the cleaning was lacking some. The floors do not seem to have been mopped. Sticky and dirty. And a lot of stuff from other guests under the sofa and beds. The vacuum was full of dirt and had not been emptied. Changing cleaning services would improve the stay! Other that that problem it was a great house.

All was good except we bought $300 worth of amenity cards and did not get to use them because the main restaurant (Bonita) and the fitness center were closed. I wish we would have known this ahead of time because that’s the only reason we bought them. We have been coming for 16 years now and I debated on buying them and then did and it was a waste of money.

Beautiful home in great location

The house was beautiful, well stocked and conveniently located to beach and golf. The house had a musty smell and there was mold and dust on all of the AC vents and returns. It needs a good cleaning. Other than that it was a great rental
