We enjoyed our week long stay. We’ve vacationed on Fripp several times and this property was one of our faves. The waterfront and pool view from deck and living room couldn’t have been better. The unit was very clean, bed and furniture comfortable had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and was just as described in the listing. The location was ideal for our senior dog. She enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. We did find the living room was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the unit even with the glass deck doors covered during the daytime to keep out the direct sun. The daily high temps were in the mid 80s. Fortunately we brought a small fan with us. The elevator is nice to have when bringing up luggage but it makes terrible noises and probably could use some maintenance. We opted to use the stairs the rest of our stay. Overall, we would recommend!
