This home is called Dolphin Watch for a reason—frequent sightings of playful dolphins are common along this stretch of shoreline, offering unforgettable moments right from your deck. Upstairs, the spacious great room brings everyone together with plenty of seating, a large TV for movie nights, and recent updates including a new sofa, bar stools, and newly refinished kitchen cabinets that add a fresh touch to the space. Youtube TV and RokuTV streaming provided. The well-equipped kitchen features casual bar seating for three, a breakfast table for four, and a separate dining area that comfortably accommodates eight—ideal for shared meals and easy conversation. Step outside to greet the day with coffee on the deck, where sunrises over the Atlantic and the gentle rhythm of the waves create a peaceful start to any morning.
