Great home that was an awesome home base for our family as we explored the surrounding area. Kitchen was excellent with lots of extras that made cooking meals at home easy.The hot tub was a big hit!Immediately surrounding area is very nice - easily accessible bike path around Lake Dillon and lovely little walking path to the shore that the whole family enjoyed.Easy 10 min walk to Starbucks, Safeway and even Whole Foods.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful. Very central to all the different mountains. The hosts were very attentive and answered all of our questions. The hot tub after a long day snowboarding was so amazing. We had a great time absolutely loved this place!

Spacious Ski Mountain Retreat

Our 4 day stay was incredibly comfortable at this property. Summit Mountain Rentals was very accessible, quick to respond and very friendly. The property was very spacious for the five of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!!!

Great location, even better hot tub!

The house was large and well taken care. We were a group of 4 and we loved having so much extra space! The location couldn’t have been better for getting on the slopes with just a 15 minute drive to Breck or 30 minute drive to Vail. The hot tub was amazing and the view out back was great! The host communicated well and we would definitely recommend a stay here!

Copper Ski Trip

Had a great time in Frisco at the condo while in town with a group of eight for skiing in Copper! Property is well outfitted and very clean. The views off the back deck and hot tub into the woods and overlooking the park were great after a day on the hill. Two cars can fit perfectly in the heated garage to keep the snow fall off and there are ski racks as well. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking to use the hot tub make sure you turn it on as soon as you get there. It took about 24 hrs for it to get warm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prospect Point 1510 Getaway is the perfect townhome for ski trips! We had six adults in our group and the home was large enough to accommodate all of us. Well kept, clean and as described. It has a double heated garage which was great!The location is convenient to I35 (but you don’t hear the interstate) and grocery, downtown Frisco and all the ski resorts.I’ve been renting from Summit Mountain Rentals for years and rarely have any issues with the properties, and when you contact them, Summit Mountain Rentals responds quickly and follows up.I’d stay here again.
