“We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again ”

“The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You.”

“House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath ”

“The house is beautiful, roomy, and has the most comfortable couch large enough for multiple people to spread out and chill. Most bedrooms have TV’s, bathrooms are nice and clean.Beautiful yard with a nice dock over the river. We had success catching blue claw crabs and surprisingly the bugs weren’t bad thanks to a cool breeze. There’s an Osprey nest close to the dock, great location for bird lovers!Gorgeous sunsets!House is on secluded private road. Town is about 20 minutes away with cool……

“Had a great weekend at this property. Secluded location. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the grill was rusted out, dirty, and unusable. Not really a big problem if we had known prior, but we bought a lot of food for grilling which went to waste. Overall, would totally book again.”

“We rented this house with another family for a baseball tournament in Salisbury. The house was under 10 minutes from the field. And it sure beat a hotel as we had some extra down time. The place was charming, had comfy beds and was clean. We would stay again. ”
