「Old resort. Fairly well maintained but needed updating. If your looking for that old World charm this is the place. Seemed like the staff was short handed. No real chef presence. Three man team running food to rooms cleaning and running front desk. For a fully booked hotel this seemed odd. There was a dinner advertised as buffet but it was not available on night we stayed. Friday and Saturday? Was the head chef on vacation? Very odd. Also we ordered room service two nights due to...

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」
