The house "Las Viñas" is a house built maintaining the traditional forms of the houses of the town of Fuencaliente. The decoration of these houses, stand out for their hand embroideries (the wall clock, tablecloths, etc). This house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a good holiday
Las Viñas house consists of:

• One bedroom, with two beds, wooden wardrobe, dressing room.
• A large kitchen-hall with wooden ceilings.
• A bathroom.
• Sofa bed and cot (if required, free).

The house "Las Viñas" is very close to where the best wine from La Palma is harvested. This wine is called Malvasía, famous for its elaboration and deserved international fame.
The Volcanoes of Teneguia and San Antonio are approximately 2km away from Las Viñas house. On the coast of Fuencaliente there are several beaches, such as the Fuencaliente Lighthouse with its salt flats, Echentive beach where the famous Fuente Santa, Puntalarga and La Zamora are located.

Wunderbares Quartier in beeindruckender Umgebung

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit reichlich Informationen versehen was man erleben und wo man gut Essen kann. Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Anforderungen und war ausgesprochen sauber. Die Ausstattung war gut und es fehlte uns an nichts. Jede Mahlzeit konnten wir auf der Terrasse genießen. Beim Abendessen sogar mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Obst und Gemüse der Insel sind sehr aromatisch, die Weine vorzüglich. Die Speisen der Lokale an den Stränden, wie z. B. Punta Larga, können wir empfehlen. Zu La Palma muss man wissen, dass dort viele Straßen ungewohnt steil sind. Doch wer das nicht scheut, der erlebt unvergessliche Natur und beeindruckende Landschaften. Wir haben in der Wohnung eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht und können die sehr empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem super Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles hat bestens geklappt. Ist absolut ruhig und ein wirklich schöner Ort.

Pasamos unos días muy buenos, de relax y descanso. Su ubicación permite ir de paseos por los senderos y también playas. La casa está muy bien ubicada, sus propierarios encantadores, nos gustó mucho.

Little touches would improve it

We had a good time at the home. Very interesting part of the island. The view was amazing. There are some simple steps the owner could take to significantly enhance the renter’s experience: We missed some items in the home scissors (can’t bring those on the plane!) cooking oil and salt and pepper. There is a noticeable odor left from smokers, but was otherwise very clean! The heater was not adequate to heat the home in 15 degree weather. The sheets were old and rough. The bananas were a nice touch. Driving there is fine if you go via Las Indas. All in all a good experience.

Apartment with a View

This is a very well equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable self catering holiday. We arrived not knowing exactly where the villa was, but Tomas responded very quickly to our telephone plea for help and led us there in his pickup. Morning tea and evening aperitifs were taken on the balcony with awesome views of the mighty Atlantic ocean. The local restaurant coped reasonably with our request for vegetarian meals which we had on two occasions - both waiter and chef were cheerful and willing to adapt. Almost managed to eat the bananas very kindly supplied by Tomas. Overall, a great place to stay!

Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick! Gemütliches Haus, einfach, aber alles da, was man braucht.

Wir (2Erw. + 1Kind) waren im Januar 2018 für 2 Wochen da und haben uns in dem Haus gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt vier Schlafplätzen. Die Wohnküche ist sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber gemütlich. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung völlig ok. Wir haben oft gekocht, waren aber auch gerne im Restaurant essen, weil es auf La Palma so viele gute und preiswerte Restaurants gibt. Der Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert über WhatsApp erreichbar. Er ist sehr freundlich, die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist insgesamt sauber, Handtücher wurden alle paar Tage gewechselt, auch die Bettwäsche wurde nach einer Woche gewechselt. Die Lage des Hauses am Hang mit bestem Meerblick ist einmalig. Super Sonnenuntergänge! Für den guten Preis absolut empfehlenswert.
