Maintenance and Cleaning:
The accommodation must be returned in a reasonably tidy and clean condition. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the security deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive dirtiness throughout the property.
A considerable amount of dirty dishes left unwashed.
Accumulation of rubbish inside the property. Guests are responsible for disposing of rubbish in the designated street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bed linen (make-up, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Surroundings:
At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ensure the property is thoroughly and carefully cleaned before your arrival so it is delivered in optimal condition. However, guests acknowledge and accept the following:
We are not responsible if communal services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to decisions made by the community management or legal regulations.
Community Maintenance Works:
We are not responsible for any noise or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation, or renovation works approved by the community and carried out in common areas (facade painting, entrance hall works, garages, gardens, etc.).
External and Third-Party Works:
We are also not responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas), nor for noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation, or maintenance works carried out outside the property by third parties (neighbouring plots, nearby homes, or public roads). As these activities are beyond our control, we cannot manage their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.
