Sijainiltaan erinomainen. Asunto on viileä koska aurinko ei paista sinne. Keittiöön ei tule lämmintä vettä ja uuni puuttuu kokonaan. Asunto sopii hyvin sellaisille jotka syövät ulkona kaikki ateriansa.
