Although she told me at check-in, they were having problems with the thermostat, they had made alternative accommodations for heat and everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel one morning. I found the reception staff to be above and beyond helpful during my stay. “This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We stayed in an exceptionally spacious suite (around 80 m²) that was spotless, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The beds were excellent, and what truly surprised me was the price — it was what I would normally expect to pay for a standard double room. The hotel is located within the Palacio de Congresos de Oviedo, an impressive and iconic landmark designed by the renowned architect Santiago Calatrava. The architecture alone……
