Absolut empfehlenswert! Traumhafte Lage. Wunderschöner Ausblick beim Frühstück auf die Berge. Sehr gemütlich. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Das Frühstück hat seinen Preis, ist es aber auf jeden Fall wert.

Leider war das Doppelzimmer sehr hellhörig und direkt an der Haustreppe und dem Frühstücksraum, so war die erholsame Nachtruhe auf ein paar Stunden eingegrenzt.

This place was out of this world! I wish we had known before we booked all of our trip, we would have stayed here a few more days! The service was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty. Such a relaxing stay! We will most definitely be back.

Great place to stay. We didn’t know one of the keys was for the office. There’s a coffee machine in there. Bring coin if you forget to bring your own coffee.

Beautiful location with cows and horses close by (note the smell of the country when you open the windows, which you will need to, because like most places in the area, there is no A/C). Gorgeous views of the mountains from the rooms. The breakfast area is pure Bavaria and super cool. Staff was very welcoming. Room was very beautiful and well equipped including a basic kitchen with everything you'd need for a long stay. We arrived after reception closed and the instructions were easy to follow. This place is a hidden gem! It's close to Fussen (15 min) if you are in the area to see the castles, but far enough to get away from the crowds.

Peaceful stay outside of Fussen. This place was an oasis - we stayed in the cabin down by the pool and it was the perfect getaway. We had a pool, grill, picnic table, and fire pit outside. Inside was spacious with a luxurious bathroom shower and tub. Right near the lake too which was so warm!! We enjoyed staying in here much more than going into the town of Fussen.

Nice cozy place for family trip

We stayed just one night but already felt very relaxing not only in our room but in the whole facility. Dining area had small space for little kids to play which is always great for family with small kids like us. We enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend.

Beautiful, cosy, magical

We LOVED our stay at Landhaus Kössel! We stayed there one night as we visited Fussen for the Neuschwanstein Castle. We arrived late but the key was easily accessible and the hotel had sent clear instructions. The room was nice and warm, and quite large. There was a hot water bottle and gummy bears placed on the bed as a good night treat. The view overlooking snow, horses and a frozen pool was divine. It’s located a bit outside Fussen, near a lake and is a beautiful location. The breakfast was quite nice and the cafe is lovely. There’s also a nice Italian restaurant nearby that stays open till 10, which is a rarity at this time of the year (Dec). We highly recommend this hotel.

Schöne 5 Urlaubstage verbracht

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht, und waren gleich beim Betreten dieser Wohnung Positiv überrascht. Tolle und hochwertige Einrichtung. Der Balkon ist schön Groß, mit tollem Panoramablick in die Berge. Es ist sehr Ruhig, da es abseits der Straßen ist. Toll ist der Naturpool, den man gerne früh morgens oder auch Abends nutzen mag. Das man den Hausgrill selber nutzen kann, fanden wir ebenfalls gut. Der Service beim Check In und Check Out war sehr freundlich und hatte uns bei der Anreise gleich gute Tips für Ausflüge und Gastronomie gegeben. Das Frühstück kann ich hier nicht bewerten, da wir mit der Küche in der Suite die möglichkeit hatten hier zu Essen. Wir werden mit sicherheit nicht das letzte mal hier gewesen sein.

Zu teuer für die Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war geschmacklich gut eingerichtet. Gestört hat mich, dass es keinen Schrank gab sondern nur offene Fächer, das Bad war sehr klein, wenn man von der Toilette aufstand, musste man aufpassen, dass man nicht mit dem Kopf an das Waschbecken gestoßen ist. Es war nur teilsaniert. Hinter der Dusche war neu gefliest, der Rest der Fliesen war alt, die Motive hatte man vor 30 Jahren schon. Der Balkon war ebenfalls alt und sehr ungemütlich, das Balkonmöbel passte nicht zusammen und der Wäscheständer war schon verrostet. Und für diesen Preis erwarte ich eigentlich eine topp Unterkunft.

Sauberes und sehr großes Zimmer mit Wintergarten und Pferdchen direkt neben dem Zimmer. Lediglich das Bad war sehr klein! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es wurde sehr auf Hygiene geachtet.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken auch spät Abends. Freundliches Personal. Wir hatten vergleichsweise, jetzt wo die Deutschen alle im Heimatland Urlaub machen, recht spontan gebucht und mussten deswegen 1x das Zimmer wechseln. Beide Wohnungen waren hervorragend sauber und wunderschön ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Ausblicke vom Balkon, Fenster mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, der See mit dem Alpenpanorama im Hintergrund unvergesslich. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, auf Anfrage auch laktosefreie Produkte erhalten. Wir wollen definitiv wieder kommen!
