House Eichenkrone is part of a semi-detached house located on the southern Bodden coast, right by the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, surrounded by beautiful woodland. The Bodstedter Bodden with a large swimming area is about 1 km away, and the Baltic Sea is 10 km away. Away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts, you can quickly reach the beaches, also via a well-developed cycling network.



With several bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, the house is ideal for multi-generational holidays or trips with friends. The entrances and terraces of the semi-detached house are set far apart, so you enjoy the privacy of a detached home. The layout allows you to live together or more independently. Up to eight guests have plenty of space, plus one or two cots for children.



On the ground floor, you'll find a 37 m² living area with open kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, two bedrooms, and an accessible shower room suitable for wheelchair or walker users.



Upstairs, there is a large living/bedroom with sofa bed (1.40 m), kitchenette, TV, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with tub and shower. There's also a separate bedroom (dormer room) with its own shower room. The balcony is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.



Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is free to use. Smoking is not permitted inside.



Various garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, fire basket, and ample parking are provided. Your pets will also enjoy the spacious, fenced outdoor area at each house.
