When I checked in, the hotel staff couldn’t find my reservation record. I explained to him there was some technical problem with Expedia system. I could provide the confirmation email from Expedia & the credit card record for the payment. It took quite a long time to check in. I was already tired due to the flight. The experience was disappointing >.<
Btw, when I kindly asked for some tape from the staff, he just said No. I wondered why a hotel didn’t have the basic stationary-tape!?
