Thank you for your review. We are located at the center of Tenjin and Hakata area from which you can go to both areas within 15 minutes by walk. All rooms have semi-double bed which is 123cm×198cm. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

There are still so many of our guests prefer to smoke in a room so we remain some smoking rooms. You can raise your non-smoking room preference request all the time so please do not hesitate to let us know about your concern. Our breakfast finishes at 9:30am. Because our hotel check out time is 10am, we can introduce you some nice restaurants and cafes around, if you miss a breakfast. Thank you for taking time to give us feedback.
