Convenient location and nice community
The hotel is located near the MTR station. The staff is very nice and speak basic English. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants too although they are generally not very cheap. Rooms are large in Hong Kong standard but probably small in western standard. But they are comfortable and clean, like most of the other Japanese hotels. Price is very reasonable even for Sakura season.

附近有不少餐廳，而且地理位置便利，近天神商圈，又可以徒步到舞鶴公園。 酒店有基本配套，而且每天會有兩枝瓶裝水提供。整體而言不錯。

鄰近7-11 &Family mart兩大便利商店，距離地鐵赤坂站很近，交通便利，可惜從赤坂站前往至地面的路程只有樓梯可以走，沒有上樓的手扶梯或電梯需要搬運行李稍有不便，其他部分大致上都還算滿意。

酒店員工服務很好, 有禮貌, 英文能溝通, 酒店位置很好, 在赤阪及天神站中間, 可走路到天神熱鬧區, 到舞鹤公園也是10分鐘步程, 房間設計不好,感覺很小,行李都沒有位置打開, 又沒有冷氣只有暖氣, 睡得不太好, 恰巧入住的時間其他酒店滿室, 否則這個價錢有很多更佳選擇

Overall Great Experience!
Overall a good experience! The room is clean and bathroom's got everything we need. Though the location is not walking distance to Hakata Station, there are bus stops that take us to almost anywhere. The closest station is Asakawa Station, but it will take you about 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel if you carry big luggages, since the closest exit does not have elevator. One minor issue is that the hotel staff does not speak fluent English. I asked about the bicycle parking, and the staff said it's not allowed. I also asked about whether we need to put detergent in the coin laundry and he said yes, cuz they don't have detergent/soap. But later on we found out that there are parking space for bicycles and the coin laundry already contained detergent. We concluded that it's mainly because they don't understand English well.
