距離福岡車站步行約8分鐘，夜間挺安靜，步行3分鐘距離內有多家超商，還算挺方便。設備稍微舊了點，但以價格來說還算符合。房間是中央空調，只有風量控制無法調整溫度，冬天只供應暖氣，無法開窗的狀況會很悶熱，但櫃檯可以借電扇，算是挺貼心的服務。

The staffs are nice, polite and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. However the design of room is a bit small when you have two check in baggage in the room and nearly no space to walk.

The location is near JR station which is within 10mins walk. A drag shop and convenience store are near. The bathroom is big and clean. No WiFi in-room. There are using central air conditioning, so you can’t control the temperature. The basic facilities are fine and no bottle water provide.

今次不是第一次入住，兩年前入住一切都非常好，所以今次再選擇。可是，今次之後，應該會重新考慮！ 首先，多了一團團的國內同胞入住，嘈吵非常；而最叫人不滿的是⋯房中的電水煲給之前住客污染，煲完d水浮著油，拿去更換，問他是否換了另一個，他說是，但其實他們只是用清水冲冲就交回給我們，一煲完水，倒出來，情況依舊，幸好只住兩晚且天氣不冷，唯有不喝熱水！以後一定要自備旅行電水煲！

地點比較近市中心,坐車很方便，很多地方載滿下我話對面車站便可以去到,去機場在門口也有車坐,附近都有很多嘢食,唯一缺點便是酒店比較舊,房內燈光比較暗冷氣不夠強,房間開唔到窗，空氣唔夠流通

只有房間比較細一點，整體來說都很好，地板是油木地板很乾淨，清潔人員把房間打掃得很乾淨、整齊，有洗衣機和乾衣機設備，很方便。離JR站不遠，附近有便利店和藥粧，買東西很方便
