Guest Access:
Guests can access every part of this house, game room, the backyard with BBQ. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Sufficient spaces for adults and kids, for your relaxation and entertainment.
The Neighborhood:
Please see the distance map for the nearby attractions. No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.
Getting Around:
The house is close to many bus stops. You can take OCTA to Disneyland Park. Uber ride is only 10 minutes to Disneyland.

- **Quiet Hours**:
- Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- **Check-in Requirements**:
- Prior to Check-in: Guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.
- **Smoking Policy**:
- NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are allowed.
- **Occupancy and Pricing**:
- Maximum Occupancy is 15, infants under 2 are not counted toward headcount.
- The initial daily price is for 10 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night, maximum 15 people permitted.
- No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 21 years old.
- The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- **Security Measures**:
- Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected.
- Noise monitoring device is installed in the backyard to monitor the decimal level, only to alert the property managers when the decimal is higher than normal.
- **Additional Rules**:
- No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on this property.
