"The overall experience is worth not only the price but the comfort this cabin brings. This particular cabin was a few minutes away from a gas station, restaurant, and a Dollar General for any last minute necessities you may have forgotten. While still having the privacy of woods and a fence."

"The keycards activate the electricity in the room and deactivate when not in the slot, saving electricity. Good breakfast. Calming noises waiting for you in the room."

"The check in staff asked for my credit card and then told me it didn't match the booking (because I booked through a 3rd party so it showed up as a virtual card). I showed him my card and assured him that it was the card used to book the room online. He wrote the numbers down on a sheet of paper (huge risk for fraud/scamming). There was no elevator. The pool had no towels. When I asked the front desk for towels I received an attitude and he said they were low on towels......okay, this is not my problem and towels need to be provided. He handed me one towel. Just one. The stairway smells musty, there was something goopy on the handrail. The flooring upstairs was awful. The plank flooring was warped and lifting in numerous places. Once in the room, we heard and felt kids running up and down the hallway playing. I waited a few minutes then had to open the door and ask them to stop because it shook the whole floor not to mention how loud they were yelling. Breakfast the next morning was the only good thing. The waffle mix was empty but more was brought out after I asked. Drive a little further and stay somewhere better. This one is rundown and sketchy."

"Really cute place-clean, nice views, easy check-in and check out and not far off main road! Didn’t have time for a campfire but would’ve been fun with the pre-packaged s’mores. No microwave but heated food on the stove! Tiny mirror! Like postcard size! 😂 Absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway! Looking forward to my next visit! "

"My husband, myself and our pup enjoyed our recent stay at this cabin. Although it is close to the road, there is hardly any traffic so we felt somewhat secluded which is what we wanted. Check in was a breeze. Cabin was pretty clean and had everything we needed. Having a washer & dryer onsite was a definite bonus! The beds were nice but incredibly too firm for our liking, but that's just us. LOVED the back deck overlooking the forest. We enjoyed our coffee in the rocking chairs and playing cards on the table (when it wasn't too windy, lol). Great communication with the owner. We would recommend this cabin to others."

"The hot tub was dirty but the kids used it anyway. I think that is because of the soft cover. I expected toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and there was some but glad I brought extra. I did have to go purchase silverware at the dollar store which I left there because there were 5 each spoons and forks and one butter knife. The sofa bed is no longer there so if we would have had 10 people as expected, one would have had to sleep on the couch. The only game was poker, no board games as expected. Overall we had a good weekend. Hiking was awesome as always! Appliances were all good and heat/ac worked well. From the Photos I expected to be more secluded but for the most part it was a nice getaway! "
