This cosy studio apartment in Funtana offers the perfect combination of comfort, proximity to the beach and a charming location on the west coast of Istria. With 35 m² of living space, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private balcony with partial sea view, the accommodation is ideal for couples, small families or solo travellers.



The light-flooded living and dining area features a comfortable sofa bed, SAT-TV and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, kettle and all important utensils - ideal for self-catering. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy relaxed hours with a view towards the sea. WiFi, a parking space at the house and a baby bed on request are also available to you. Pets are welcome. Additional fees may apply for certain services such as air conditioning, pets, airport transfer or use of the washing machine.



The location of the apartment is excellent: You can reach the sea in just 300 metres, as well as the family-friendly beaches of Funtana. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity, and the town centre is also just a few steps away.



The environment is characterised by idyllic bays, vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean forests. In addition to bathing pleasures and water sports activities such as diving, sailing or kayaking, the region offers numerous leisure activities: from the Aqua Park to cycling and hiking trails to wine tastings and cultural excursions to the nearby towns of Poreč and Vrsar.
