Casa Maestral, located in a house with a total of 5 residential units, offers the perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience. Each unit has a separate entrance and private parking, ensuring complete privacy and peace for guests. Casa Maestral is situated in Funtana, just 250 m from the sea and a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops.In the private courtyard, guests have access to a swimming pool, seating area, grill, and outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.This spacious 144 m² apartment is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors and accommodates up to 6 people. The ground floor features a bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor for added convenience. The first floor has two double bedrooms, while the second floor offers additional privacy with a double bedroom.Funtana is renowned for its authentic atmosphere, rich culinary offerings, and proximity to popular Istrian destinations such as Poreč and Vrsar. This charming fishing village offers coastal cycling and walking trails, crystal-clear waters, and local restaurants serving fresh Istrian specialties. Casa Maestral is the perfect choice for those seeking peace, comfort, and a base to explore the beauty of Istria.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Ein großartiges Haus. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Kinder waren mega happy. Ana (Homekeeper) war immer über Handy und WhatsApp erreichbar. Eine nette Überraschung war die Waschmaschine im Apartment, dies stand bei der Beschreibung nicht. Einziger Punktabzug ist ein schwaches Internet.
