“We had a big family trip to Sicily (33 with 25 at The Lemon Tree). Plenty of room to accomodate us at The Lemon Tree. Very spacous property and it is ideally situated on the ridge opposite Taormina and Castelmola. Post card views of both towns, the Mediterranean, and Mt. Etna. The fit can hike around the moutain to Castlemola. Salt water pool was awesome. Balcony was perfect for hosting dinners and nighlt unwinding. Bar on premises is amply stocked. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The pool and grounds are beautiful, and the bedrooms are spacious, each with their own ensuite. The kitchen was a cook's dream, and we made some wonderful meals to eat out on the big table in the garden.Carmelo, the owner clearly cares a lot……

“dovevamo fare la traversata dello stretto di messina e per poter essere vicino a piu' posti da visitare abbiamo scelto questa location come base per poterci spostare tra messina taormina etna e catania. inoltre essendo 7 persone la struttura è stata perfetta per farci soggiornare tutti insieme. “We had a great vacation at Salvatores house in Pace del Mela. The garden and pool are really big and are perfect to relax and have a good time. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, we were very happy to spend our time there. The Check-in was easy and Salvatore always helped us quickly when we had a question. I can highly recommend it!”

“The views from this very spacious villa were magnificent. The balconies allowed for an expansive view of Taormina. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The owner Claudio was extremely helpful. He called his private driver for us when we wanted to go sightseeing. The villa also has parking which is very hard to find in Taormina. 10/10. “Piú che una vacanza è stato un soggiorno fugace, ma questo non ci ha impedito di godere della bella sitemazione in un contesto mozzafiato. Struttura dotata di ogni utilità, ben arredata e pulita. Accoglienza puntuale e impeccabile, pronta risposta ad ogni richiesta. Purtroppo siamo stati penalizzati da un guasto alla piscina che l'ha resa impraticabile, ma la disponibilità della proprietaria in termini di ospitalità e riconoscimento del danno, ha ammortizzato il disagio. “We, a family with freinds, had a fantastic stay in the amazing Villa Lara in Tortorici, Sicily. The house is spacious, beautiful and esthetic and located in a calm place with a feeling of being part of the real Sicily. The pool and the jacuzzi helped during the hottest days and they both worked without any problems. We as a family like to plan our vacation on a daily basis which worked out well here. “Amazing views from this home! Very nice kitchen that we used to cook a few meals over the Christmas holiday. Beautiful sunny weather in Taormina in December and spent time out on the South patio in the sun. Town of Taormina was very nice and could either drive down to parking garage just outside of town or could walk to town in 12 min. Good food in Taormina and many restaurants were open over the holidays. Very pleased with our stay at Villa La Gorgone!”
