「A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!」

「Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river. 」

「Except the location is bit far away from city centre, the hotel is perfect- good condition, room is big and comfy, dinner was excellent and good service. Highly recommended. 」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.」

「The hotel price is overprice. In gilgen lake cost are all private property , you can not use the advantage of being so near to the lake . The hotel owner see visitors as potential theft , in the morning there was a very rude woman saying that you can pack anything from the breakfast and even she is always watching visitors what they eat what they do , it is annoying and not kind I think .」
