"I recently spent five days at SORANO HOTEL, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning."

"Lovely hotel, lobby, room and roof spa. Japanese breakfast buffet was sensational. But the TV isn’t good for non-Japanese speakers. The HDMI have been disabled, There are no English channels and there is no way to cast/airdrop your device to their tv. These days in a modern hotel, it should be a standard feature."

"The rooms was good. Bathroom was good also. Overall the room was good for business travelers and single travelers. Only thing I did not like was the elevator. Sometimes with foot traffic it takes an eternity for the elevator to move up and down."

"Wonderful hotel - great location - easy train and airport transportation. 5 min walk to the OM and TY lines with quick access to anywhere in Tokyo. Surrounding walking neighborhood is great with plenty of stores and restaurants. Hotel staff is great and super helpful. Hotel property is also beautiful and perfectly maintained!"

"This hotel is a gem. It's in an out-of-the way, cool neighborhood of Tokyo with a nice mix of tourists and locals but extremely accessible to the rest of the city by the unbelievable Tokyo metro system. My only complaint is that the double room we stayed in had little room to move around so suitcase management was an issue. There might be bigger rooms but ours was tight squeeze. Otherwise, highly recommended."

"We enjoyed having laundry in our room. Please note it is a washer and dryer and takes like 5 or 6 hours to run. The staff was always friendly. The subways was like 3 minutes walk. It was helpful for travel."
