A Place Where People Gather, Once Again.

KESHIKI TATSUKIN is a private villa at the foot of Tokyo Wan Kannon in Futtsu, Chiba, designed for families and groups to gather, stay, and have fun together.

For many years, a local couple ran a small inn and restaurant here called “Tatsukin.” It was a welcoming place where travelers and local people came together to eat, talk, and share good times.

We wanted to carry on both the history of the place and the couple’s spirit of hospitality. That is why we named the new villa “Tatsukin, the Second Generation.” Rather than simply replacing what was here, we gave it a new life as a private villa while preserving its memory as a place where people gather.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests, with four Japanese-style rooms and plenty of space to spend time together. Enjoy a BBQ outside, or stay indoors for karaoke on the big screen, darts, and games.

Gather around the BBQ by day. Sing and play together at night. When everyone is tired, simply stay over.

Then and now, Tatsukin is a place where people come together and memories are made.
