"Jeg havde booket et værelse i Hovedhuset med bad på gangen. Da jeg ankom fik jeg at vide at det var et værelse i kælderen, dette undrede mig da det ikke stod nævnt nogle steder. Værelset fremstår mørkt da der kun er en lille bitte lampe midt i rummet og et kæmpe stort gammelt u-brugbart skab og fylder det meste af gulvpladsen. Der er desuden meget lavt til loftet og kun et mindre kældervindue. Jeg skal selv lede under sengen efter ledning til de små lamper ved sengen, i min søgen finder jeg en...

"A great camping area with lots do to for the kids. Good size pool, playgrounds and the cabin we rented had everything we needed. Very pleasantly surprised how good it was as a whole and the lady working reception was very welcoming and service minded. Would definitly come back if were going to Denmark again. "

"It was okay overall to stay, The bed was missing some bedsheets. Kitchen dish wash liquid was also not available. The door lock was not working when we reach there, but gladly the person staying there gave us extra keys for the top floor rooms. It was malfunction on time. Otherwise, cleanliness, friendly location, car parking, overall things were good. We do not stressed, or have any problems for all the stay. Recommended for couples, friends, family. "

"Der manglede gardin i køkkenet og det som var i soveværelset var helt gennemsigtigt hvis der er mørk udenfor og lys inde. Vi hængte et lagen op for privatlivets skyld. Sommerhuset er lidt slidt, men funktionelt. Det var en helt udemærket seng og vi var glade for at have et overnatningssted i nærheden af vores datters skole. Nåede ikke at anvende hverken spa, sauna eller køkken og brugte kun et enkelt værelse. Udemærket til prisen. "

Quintessentially a fairytale castle of the best kind Egeskov Castle has much to offer. Be prepared to spend the best part of the day here as there is so much to see with it's majestic gardens that seem to go on forever.
Museums displaying vintage cars and motorcycles, aircraft and of course the Castle itself with an excellent toy museum in the attic which will appeal to every child at heart.
We paid off season prices at DKK180 each and would consider it value for money.

First Hotel Grand Odense

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here for a wedding in the Odense city hall and there was a number of us in our group. The hotel had some beautiful, comfortable reception rooms where we could all meet up as we went in and out and about our other activities. It is a short walk to the city hall & so a perfect location for the wedding. There are lots of restaurants close by & it is a very walkable place. Walking distance from the train station too, even with luggage. Breakfast was great. Our room was small but we only booked a standard queen. "

"Great location very close to the train station and the old city. Very simple room, but the super comfortable common areas really make up for it. We had our train to Copenhagen in the afternoon, and it was really nice to have somewhere cozy to sit with a cup of coffee even after check-out! Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful... Couldn't ask for more!"
