"Frank was great! He was very communicative and allowed us to even come in early and drop off our bags. The place was a great value for what we needed while we were in Phoenix. I would’ve left five stars, but there is a few cleanliness issues that probably have just come from wear and tear, such as cleanliness behind doors and under appliances, etc. Also, the location next to the Black Canyon Highway is quite noisy! Just be aware that you may need earplugs if you are a lighter sleeper. The area itself wasn’t too bad. We never felt unsafe as the community seemed well taken care of. All in all, a fairly decent super accessible to everything place!"

"The rooms were updated but the work seemed to be hastily done. Beds were comfortable but low. Overall a decent stay on a budget. Pool was clean and operational. The staff were very pleasant."

Only complaint is I couldn't stay longer. "My overall experience was more stressful, than relaxing. The room itself was spacious as stated in the listing, but compared to the listing it was not as updated, clean or well maintained as we were lead to believe. It was difficult to contact the host about the issues we experienced, but when we did, we were either ignored, left waiting or even having to call back about the issues. Checking in and out we’re probably the only thing that was not that big of a problem. I know I won’t be returning and I don’t want to be the one to recommend it to anyone else."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to others. The owner was fantastic to work with—communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was very clean and well cared for, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex was also quiet and peaceful.Overall, this is a great rental that we would gladly return to. The only small suggestion would be to consider replacing the carpet in the future to freshen up the space even more. Other than that, everything was excellent!"
