「Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.
