「Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another...

「This hotel is perfect. Just rooms located near conditioners might be noisy. All rooms are clean and tidy, very good design, nice pool, good prices at restaurant. 」

「The Gabala Karavansaray Hotel was a clean modern hotel about a ten minute walk from the centre of Gabala. The rooms were modern and spacious. The indoor pool and steam room were an added bonus. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was of a great quality. The only slight issue was the lack of dining options close by the hotel but there are plenty of choices in town. I would definitely stay here again if in Gabala.」

「The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. 」
