「Money stolen during breakfast time,but the hotel just only hide all the information and delay till we checked out…Shoked and extremly disappointed…」

「Otel de sular kesikti resepsiyon tarafından bilgilendirilmedik, oda giriş yaptıktan sonra fark ettik suların kesik olduğunu ve memnun kalmadigimizdan dolayı otel konaklamamizi iptal ettirdik. Bunun üzerine bizden tam gün konaklaması ücreti aldılar. Usulsüz ve berbat bir durum 」

「Il y avait unz baignoir piur botre okus garnd bonheur mais sans le bouchon.m donc finalment pas de bain. Des traces d'humidité au plafond. Et un matelas d'une dureté incroyable. Ce sont des petits details mais c'est bien ce qui peut faire la différence entre un bon sejour et un incroyable séjour :/」

「I stayed at the hotel for 1 night in 2 different occasions. The rooms where in good state and very clean but not even a small bottle of water as a refreshment (refreshments were not mentioned but water would have been nice). In both occasions house-keeping entered the room when I was still inside (8:30 am) and that was not pleasant. Also at 6 am they knocked on my door for no reason, spoke loudly outside my door and it looked like the staff was waking up guests (I did no request that). Breakfast...

「Un hôtel qui selon moi ne mérite pas 4 étoiles… personnel Tres attentionné mais quelle lenteur dans le service que ce soit pour une simple omelette le matin ou un plat du jour Etat de propreté autour de la piscine très discutable quant au cafard retrouvé dans la salle d’eau…. Peu de chance d’y retourner surtout que les tarifs ne sont pas donnés….. Un client déçu 」
