「Staff Location 」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「The master bathroom shower didnt work the handle wasnt on. So only one shower worked for the family. 🙁」
