  • "La Casetta di Ciccio" is located in Gagliano del Capo in the "Crocilupo" area and is characterized by a building that reflects the typical characteristics of the Salento peasant culture. It expresses the typological and architectural features of the Lower Salento.
    We made a dream come true, reviving a man's love for this place, it was his refuge ... it will be a small oasis of peace for our guests.
    Hence the name "La casetta di Ciccio" (Francesco) ... Ciccio was the owner who had a deep love for this small house.
    Expertly recovered by the architect Gianfranco Marino in a project that has been able to grasp its essence and enhance the material and stereometric elements.
    The combination of innovation and tradition enhance the characteristics of the local construction typologies. The recovery of the classic Lecce vaults (star vaults) in harmony with the laminated wood roof give the domus a unique and exclusive atmosphere.
    "La Casetta di Ciccio" represents the right place to enjoy a holiday of privacy and relaxation thanks to the scent of olive trees and the sound of cicadas.

    Equipped with air conditioning and every comfort. Furnished with taste and care, it has a living area and a beautiful room, with vaulted ceilings, with a mezzanine to create two comfortable bed areas and a bathroom. Large outdoor area equipped with pergola, table, chairs and bench, barbecue, outdoor sink with work surface and 3x3 swimming pool, for exclusive use.
    It is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate two more being equipped with a comfortable sofa bed.
    The house is just two kilometers away from the splendid town of Ciolo which can also be reached via the path of the same name, immersed in the splendid Mediterranean scrub, and from the Adriatic coast.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub fernab von Industrie Tourismus genossen. Das ganze Haus mit Innenhof und Pool ist nicht einsehbar und wunderschön. Ein Auto ist Pflicht, und uns macht es nichts aus ein paar Kilometer zu schönen Stränden in der Umgebung zu fahren. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen

Très bon accueil

Très bon accueil : une tarte et des fraises nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le gîte est agréable : une grande chambre en sous-sol, donc au frais, et une chambre en mézzanine, et bien sûr une grande salle faisant office de salon et cuisine. A noter la présence d'une mezzanine bien équipée et très conviviale.

Maison très accueillante

Petite maison typique rénovée avec grand soin et beaucoup d’amour. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se ressourcer après une journée de visite. La maison est d’ailleurs située au barycentre des points d’interêt du Salento. En outre, Ada et sa famille sont vraiment très accueillants et toujours prompts à aider (ils habitent dans le même village). Nota- Le Salento est une région à découvrir plutôt aux mois de juin et de septembre si vous souhaitez pouvoir accéder aux plages. Croyez-en notre expérience ! .

Un angolo di paradiso

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per 15 giorni e a malincuore abbiamo dovuto lasciarla. La signora Ada e tutta la sua famiglia sono delle persone eccezionali e per nulla invadenti. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto lei e il marito con tanto di torta di benvenuto e prodotti dell'orto. La casa si presenta esattamente come nelle foto e fornita di tutti gli accessori che servono e descritta come da annuncio. In questi quindici giorni, siamo stati come a casa... tornare dopo una giornata in spiaggia era un piacere. Un tuffo in piscina e un barbecue in tutta la tranquillità erano quello che ci voleva dopo una giornata di sole data la pace che si respira in questa meravigliosa casetta. La Casetta di Ciccio è inoltre un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere spiagge e piccoli paesini dove in estate sono pieni d’iniziative e sagre. Vogliamo ancora ringraziare Ada e tutta la sua famiglia per averci fatto stare bene durante tutta la nostra vacanza… inoltre è anche un’ottima cuoca, addirittura tre buonissime torte ci ha preparato durante il nostro soggiorno. Consiglieremo la Casetta di Ciccio e se le nostre vacanze ci porteranno nuovamente in Puglia, torneremo in quest’angolo di paradiso. A presto Matteo

Traumhaft schön.....

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. ADA und ihre tolle Familie haben uns gut empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung zu 100%. Es ist genau der richtige Ort um sich zu erholen und gleichzeitig den schönen Süden Italiens zu erkunden. Besonders muss man den Außenbereich hervorheben. Mit dem kleinem Pool, den Liegen, der Außendusche und dem Grill hier stimmt einfach alles. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Confortable et très jolie location avec une petite cour magnifique. Pour un repos bien mérité après une journée de visites touristiques. Tout près de magnifiques plages. Une gentille attention nous attendait, une excellente tarte maison en signe de bienvenue.

Ospitalità e Relax

Premessa : ogni volta che ho contattato la signora Ada mi ha sempre risposto in meno di mezz'ora in modo esauriente. All'arrivo ci ha accolto insieme al marito con cordialità (nonostante il volo in ritardo) senza mai essere invadente , ha preparato un ottima 👍 Crostata, frutta fresca del loro orto. La casa ristrutturata in maniera impeccabile la superficie esterna è grande come quella interna e fruibile , ventilato la sera dispone anche di barbecue per una bella grigliata. Internamente è climatizzata ma rimane comunque fresca ,ha la doccia sia dentro che fuori l'auto si può parcheggiare dentro spazio dedicato alla differenziata (orari di prelievo..??) fornisce tutto biancheria,asciugamani con cambio settimanale. A 50 mt. C'è un ristorante si mangia bene ci vai a piedi e non ti preoccupi del palloncino😀 Unica pecca forse il televisore un po' piccolo(partite mondiali) ma per mia moglie andava benissimo . Grazie

Entzückendes Refugium

Wir waren 4 Frauen und machten einen mehrtägigen Stopp auf unserer Apulien-Rundreise. Wir wurden mit frisch gebackenen Kuchen empfangen und alles war sehr nett und die Vermieterin Ada total unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll, sehr persönlich eingerichtet Man ist vollkommen abgeschlossen und kann sich frei bewegen. Wenn möglich würden wir einen "Sternenhimmel" vergeben.

ruhig gelegen und genau wie beschrieben

Das kleine Haus liegt ländlich und doch zentral sodass man in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen kann. Durch den Aussenbereich kann man auch ganz entspannt den ein oder anderen Abend draussen verbringen. Unser Highlight war die Aussendusche die man perfekt nach dem Sonnenbaden am Strand nutzen kann. Das Badezimmer ist leider nicht so gut beleuchtet sodass Menschen die sich nicht so gut sehen sich besser noch einen kleinen Vergrößerungsspiegel mitnehmen sollte. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und man kann sich wohlhfühlen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht durch Türen verschließbar sodass sich das Haus für Freunde oder eine junge Familie aber nicht für zwei Paare eignet.

Un'ottima sistemazione a cavallo tra i due mari...

Abbiamo passato una sola settimana (purtroppo!) in questa proprietà così ottimamente rifinita nel profondo sud del Salento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e vorremmo per questo ringraziare i prioprietari sia per l'accoglienza, sia per la disponibilità a darci molteplici informazioni. La sistemazione è ottima, la pulizia degli ambienti pure, la disponibilità del cortile arredato (patio) interno è unica! La localizzazione permette agevolmente di raggiungere l'Adriatico (veramente a due passi, il Ciolo è a due minuti di macchina) con la costa rocciosa e alcune bellissime località (Ciolo, Marina Serra (piscina), Acquaviva, Porto Miggiano), sia lo Ionio con le sue spiagge dorate (San Gregorio, Marina di Salve, Pescoluse...), E' questo il nostro terzo soggiorno in Salento e non lo dimenticheremo facilmente...

Séjour formidable à Gagliano del capo

Tandis que nous étions perdus dans le village, Ada et Stefano sont venus nous accueillir et nous conduire jusqu'à leur gîte où nous attendaient déjà une tarte et quelques fruits frais préparés par nos hôtes à notre attention. La bâtisse, récemment refaite est juste magnifique et ouvre sur une cours intérieure fermée permettant de prolonger la soirée sous la tonnelle autour d'un barbecue. Douches intérieure et extérieure, climatisation, l'endroit est parfaitement équipé et la fraicheur des lieux. En Italie du Sud il fait souvent très chaud et les baignades dans les eaux cristallines me laissent un souvenir divin. Ada, Stefano et leur fille (notre traductrice) nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Franchement ce gîte est à franchement recommander.

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay

We (my wife and I and our 18-year-old son) were thrilled to find this home in the Salento. We had rented another property in a nearby town, and promptly left after one night because we were awakened constantly by the bells from the church practically next door starting in the early morning. We were tremendously lucky that Casetta Ciccio had room. The owners (a family of 4) greeted us with such warmth and pride in their rental home. The home is quiet, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed while also being perfectly in tune with the rustic surroundings (olive trees and fruit trees everywhere, with peaceful country roads). We loved sitting and lounging in the spacious patio area. The nearby town, Gagliano del Capo is a gem, with very friendly people. The location is great for access to the main road to Santa Maria di Leuca and all points nearby. We would return without hesitation.

Abbiamo deciso con anticipo di molti mesi di soggiornare in questa casetta per due settimane fra giugno e luglio. Le immagini non rendono quello che trovate soggiornando in questa abitazione che risulta essere splendida in tutto. Ristrutturata recentemente ha delle accortezze rifiniture che normalmente non si trovano in casa ad uso vacanza. Perfetta per una vacanza in Salento visto anche l'ottimo posizionamento che permette con di visitare comodamente sia la costa adriatica sia la costa ionica. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e consigliamo assolutamente di prenotare la "casetta di ciccio" .

Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay

We (my wife and I and our 18-year-old son) were thrilled to find this home in the Salento. We had rented another property in a nearby town, and promptly left after one night because we were constantly wakened by the bells from the church practically next door. The home is quiet, spacious, comfortable and beautifully renovated while also being in tune with the rustic surroundings (olive and fruit trees everywhere, with peaceful country roads). We loved sitting and lounging in the large patio area. The nearby town, Gagliano del Capo, is a gem, with all the amenities you could possibly need and friendly people. The location is great for quick access to the main road to Santa Maria di Leuca and all points nearby. We would return without hesitation.

Veramente meravigliosa la Casetta di Ciccio

Veramente meravigliosa la Casetta di Ciccio !!!!gli interni sono arredati con gusto e curati nei minimi particolari : perfetta armonia e sintesi tra lo stile rustico e moderno.la veranda e' funzionale e altrettanto curata e ricercata . La villetta e'collocata in una posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi località di mare in poco tempo. Accoglienti, simpatici e cortesi sono i proprietari Ada e Stefano che con la loro spiccata accoglienza hanno deliziato il nostro arrivo con un'ottima crostata preparata da Ada stessa e con vari prodotti tipici salentini.

La nostra vacanza

Sono stata in vacanza in questa antica dimora con la mia famiglia, luogo tranquillo ma vicino ad ogni tipo di necessità: spiaggia di sabbia o scogli, bar , ristoranti e paesi pieni di vita, ogni sera una festa. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e molto accogliente, i proprietari sono gentilissimi. Spero di tornarci molto presto perchè anche se in 15 giorni abbiamo girato molto c'è ancora tanto da visitare.

Un vero gioiellino!

La "Casetta di Ciccio" è un'abitazione veramente incantevole. Ci ha accolti Ada con la sua famiglia e subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio... Grazie! La ristrutturazione è recentissima ed è evidente che i proprietari abbiano voluto trasformare questo posto in una casa da sogno, mantenendo il carattere rurale che si addice al luogo in cui è situata. Lo spazio esterno è veramente ampio e oltre al gazebo, sotto cui sono collocati divanetto e poltrone, c'è un grande tavolo con sedie e panca e ancora vasca, doccia e barbecue! All'interno la bella cucina in muratura offre il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti, il bagno carinissimo è anche dotato di lavabiancheria e la zona notte...beh, quella è da vedere assolutamente! A breve distanza, con l'auto, si possono raggiungere tutte le meraviglie del Salento, dall'entroterra alle coste. Per noi è sicuramente un'esperienza da rivivere! Un abbraccio a Ada, Stefano, Ilenia e Susy...ci rivedremo!!!
