Dommage !

Clean room, adequate kitchen, comfortable twin bed. A bit of evening noise from other tenants and water flow through drain pipes but I was not awaken during a restful night’s sleep.

Everything was poor , but the personnal was excellent. There were no hand towels, we had to ask for toilet paper, the hallways were dirty, the location is in an ugly neighborhood, the photos of the place are not real for this aparthotel, and the breakfast was extremely poor.

Avoid at all costs! The worst hotel I have ever visited. I only stayed for 20 minutes while I booked somewhere else. It’s dirty, tiles cracked and missing in the bathroom, wardrobe door falling off, stained sofa bed with a cigarette burn in it, electricity box door that would not shut, ceiling light falling off the ceiling with exposed wires and very smelly. When checking out, I asked for the car parking and dog fee to be refunded. I was promised that it would be refunded to my card but still waiting.

Le foto sono fuorvianti , si pensa di poter cucinare ma dato lo stato della camera dell’angolo cottura e del bagno con pezzi di doccino rotti e scarissima pulizia moquette sporca abbiamo subito deciso di cambiare hotel

We went to the hotel at 11:00pm by the time the front desk was closed. They left us messages in my Expedia inbox. Unfortunately, all the access codes were wrong / expires. The emergency number in the front desk was not in service. I had to reach Expedia and they got me a new access codes. We had to wait almost for an hour an half before we were able to access the room. Next morning during checkout we mentioned the incident with the front desk agent. The agent mentioned that she was informed about the incident. She never apologized rather tried to justify by saying there was another email sent with different codes which we never received. Additionally, the neighbourhood is very scratchy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Barely better than a hostel. Top floor rooms smell like mould, no hot water on upper floors, no A/C before June (even though it was in the mid 20’s), no window screens, just felt like a “sick” building that would be condemned and torn down in my country. In a crappy, dirty, seedy area as well.
