「The T.V. Did not work. I went ahead and stayed because I was moving stuff back home and didn’t want to look for another place because it was late and I was tired. It was only one night. I stayed in room 114.」

They were not only helpful and accommodating but comforting and supportive. They stayed on the phone with me until my room was ready and made me feel like a member of their family.
