This is a cozy, eclectic space in a very quiet community 12 blocks from the center of Gainesville. It features tile and LVP floors throughout, a full bath, full kitchen with upgraded kitchen utensils, one bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a living room which contains a futon. Also included is a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Pet friendly for pets with good disposition with shot record.
