「Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. 「Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.」
