Beautiful property, stunning views. Remote location and we did have a little trouble finding it! This was our favorite stay and highlight from our Italian vacation! Loved the wine and complimentary breakfast. Really enjoyed our time in this castle!

This is a special place. A welcome tranquil rest that is renewing. The grounds are large and lovely. You can find everything you need plus! It offers the winery, the restaurant and lounge options, comfortable rooms, a helpful staff, swimming and more.

A truly wonderful and memorable stay at Castello di Tornaro in Tuscany. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with charming rooms and beautiful local products throughout the property. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely well taken care of. We especially enjoyed the intimate and personal wine tasting — a lovely experience that made our stay even more special. Both dinner and breakfast were of an excellent standard, with great quality and attention to detail. A beautiful place with a warm atmosphere, wonderful people and the authentic Tuscan feeling we were hoping for. We would love to return!

Such a wonderful place! So much better than we expected! The staff was extremely courteous and inviting! The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant served amazing food. The wine was absolutely “perfeito!” The quintessential Tuscany experience!

We really like this place. Pool was very nice and staff were mostly helpful. Its a pretty good location to visit multiple areas as well. Room air conditioner did an ok job upstairs in bedroom loft but struggled to keep it cool in the sitting area on main level. The view from the tower is awesome but its a climb

We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.

Vi kom till Castello di Tornano och möttes av mycket trevlig personal som tog direkt hand om oss. De visade oss de olika faciliteter och vart vi skulle bo. En magisk plats i Chianti distriktet med fantastisk service, mat och vin. En plats att återhämta sig och koppla av med skog runt om och en skön pool att simma i. Vi önskar att återvända hit igen men denna gång i oktober för att få uppleva slottet i höstens alla färger.
