Breakfast pretty good! View out back of woods nice and the indoor/outdoor pool was a plus. I was bummed the little weight room was not really useable with the treadmill key missing and no tv remote to be found. Our room was clean and fairly updated so we were pleased all around.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. Our room, a suite with an "extra bedroom" was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is easy to get anywhere you want to visit in Galena, and literally a walk across the parking lot to Happy Joe's or Frank O'Dowds Pub

Everything was super smooth. They sang Happy Anniversary to us. The only thing we can really complain about was the Tv didn’t show the picture on the screen and also the Toilet in the bathroom was loose. But overall the hotel and staff were amazing. Definitely will be stay here again in the future

Room wasn’t ready or clean at 3pm. Cold water didn’t work on the hot tub to cool it down. Ice machine at the hotel didn’t work. The employee at the check in did great to help. No knock on him. He did the best he could with what he was given.

Had to leave early due to bad snow storm however the place could use a renovation the bed especially was very warn out and broke down mattress staff was great even though they couldnt check us out early as they werent shown by their boss on how to check people out so the lady said she will have her boss check us out when he arrives.

the lincoln room was very nice and clean. the breakfast was very good. most importantly, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. one issue though was they should leave directions in each room on how to operate the tv remote.

The mattresses were absolutely terrible! Both of the queen beds in our room were awful! Very limited breakfast menu. The chair at the desk was tattered and broken. The dispensers in the shower had both the conditioner and body wash were completely empty. The rooms were spacious with a nice small outside balcony
