From the moment we checked in on April 1, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m., our family was warmly greeted by the General Manager (GM). She was exceptionally attentive, welcoming, and kind. Despite multiple families arriving at the same time, the GM ensured each guest received the same level of enthusiasm and care, never dismissing any questions. Later that evening, while spending time in the pool area, we observed the GM personally collecting used towels and restocking the area with fresh ones. This level of hands-on leadership and commitment to service was clearly reflected throughout the hotel. As a family that is typically very attentive to cleanliness, we were genuinely impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the property was. Shortly after 6:00 a.m. the following morning, we saw the GM return carrying several packages of bread and biscuits to replenish the breakfast area. Once again, she greeted us by name with the same warmth and attentiveness. Her leadership was evident in every interaction, as the entire staff mirrored her professionalism and hospitality.

Our toddler loved the pool area, especially the indoor waterslide! Aside from that, staff seemed to be entirely overworked and was seen juggling literally every job in the hotel, by themselves. Our room was very clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival - there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet, pee in the toilet, multiple cup rings on almost every surface, black mold on the bottom of the sofa mattress, LOTS of hair in the king bedsheets, and the phone had crumbs and stains. The free breakfast options were better than average, however the waffle batter ran out by 8:30 AM so we were stuck eating fruit and dry cereal. Staff was friendly and the place was vibrant with family guests, so overall a worthwhile stay, just wish it was cleaner so I didn’t have to clean our suite myself.

All in all it was a nice place great price and would stay again if going to the area. But the one staff member not sure if he was a manager or not Really takes his job and the rules in the pool extremely serious!!! Do Not go down the slide any way but feet first and one at a time. To be fair he did say the rules but maybe should make it know how strict these rules really are. He will come in yelling at everyone and turn off the slide and threaten to kick you out. Also I understand generally kids shouldn’t run down the hall, but in the middle of the day when everyone is awake maybe not that big of a deal but he will YELL at your child if they are. We understand rules are for safety and maybe something has happened in the past and that’s why he is so extreme. My advice just really follow these rules and you’ll be good. This was a sold out hotel so lots of families with lots of kids sometimes doing kid things 😬. When we interacted with him for other stuff he was very nice a pleasant.

Wonderful stay. They have a really nice breakfast options and attentive care by the staff to ensure everything remains stocked and serving/dining area remains clean. I had a bought of vertigo on the day of checkout and the manager was very nice to let us stay in the room for a little longer, which allowed time for meds to help so we could leave. Thank you so much!

Hot tub was not hot, more of a warm bathtub. The pool was cold so the children all migrated to the hot tub and played there, as an adult this was not enjoyable. The rooms we stayed in were on the ground floor(2nd floor) and were extremely noisy, along with sounds coming through the walls. The manager stated it was just the plumbing and water running through the pipes. The bright side was they did a very nice job with the breakfast and the staff was courteous and friendly.
